Organizacija majhnega podjetja
Majhna podjetja pridobivajo vse bolj pomembno vlogo v gospodarstvu. V primerjavi z velikimi podjetji se lažje prilagajajo razmeram na trgu. Ključi uspešnosti in konkurenčnosti majhnih podjetij na trgu so dobro oblikovana vizija, politika podjetja, struktura organiziranosti ter oblikovanja in izvajanja poslovnih funkcij. Primerjava majhnih podjetij s svojo konkurenco omogoča nenehno izboljševanje. Običajno se podjetja primerjajo z metodo benchmarking. Podobno kot v velikih podjetjih, se tudi v majhnih podjetjih prepletajo vloge podjetnika, managerja in navsezadnje tudi ključnega lastnika.
Small companies are having more and more important role in the economy. In comparison to larger companies, small companies are easier to accommodate with conditions on the market. The key factor for efficiency and competitive position of small companies on the market are well formed vision and policy of company, structure of organization, well formed and performed operation function. The comparison with their competitors brings constantly improvement. Companies usually use benchmarking for comparing. The role of entrepreneur, manager and owner of the company are very connected in larger companies and also in small companies.
