Uvajanje metode 20 ključev v podjetje
Osnovni namen diplomskega dela je predstaviti probleme poslovanja, komunikacije in organizacije znotraj podjetja ter spoznati metodo 20 ključev, ki skuša oceniti trenutno stanje v podjetju in najti ustrezne izboljšave. V obravnavanem podjetju smo opravili intervjuje s šestimi zaposlenimi ter izvedli anketiranje o predlogih za izboljšanje stanja na področju štirih sidrnih dejavnikov. Na osnovi izidov iz vprašalnika smo ugotovili, da so bili ti dobro sprejeti (povprečna ocena 4,4) ter da se predlogi po pomembnosti malo razlikujejo (standardni odklon 0,54). Ugotovitve iz teoretičnega pregleda domače in tuje strokovne literature ter spoznanja iz opravljene terenske raziskave v izbranem podjetju naj bi lastnikom, managerjem in zaposlenim služile kot pripomoček za trajnostno izboljševanje poslovanja.
The main purpose of the thesis is to present the problems of business, communication and organization within the selected companies and meet the 20 keys method by which we try to assess the current status of the company and propose appropriate improvements. In our company we conducted interviews with six employees and a survey on proposals to improve the situation in the four anchor factors. Based on the results of the questionnaire, we found that they were well received (average score 4.4) and that the proposals by relevance little differ (standard deviation 0.74). The findings of a theoretical review of domestic and foreign professional literature and findings from conducted field research in the selected company serve as a tool for sustainable business improvement to owners, managers and employees.
