Merjenje notranje organizacijske klime in njen vpliv na uspešnost v izbrani organizaciji
Measuring the Internal Organizational Climate and Its Influence on the Successfulness in the Selected Organization
Diplomsko delo zajema področje organizacijske klime in zadovoljstva zaposlenih v izbrani organizaciji. Na razpoloženje zaposlenih v organizaciji vplivajo različni dejavniki, kot so komunikacija, usposabljanje, medosebni odnosi, vodenje in pripadnost organizaciji. Vse to je pri raziskovanju organizacijske klime treba podrobno analizirati. Tema diplomskega dela je bila izbrana, ker doslej v izbrani organizaciji ni bila še nikoli opravljena tovrstna raziskava. S pomočjo le-te je mogoče prepoznati dejavnike, ki negativno vplivajo na klimo in zadovoljstvo zaposlenih. Rezultati analize namreč kažejo, da organizacijska klima znotraj izbrane organizacije trenutno ni najbolj ustrezna, zato so v diplomskem delu podani predlogi in smernice za njeno izboljšanje. Predlogi se posebej dotikajo sledečih slabše ovrednotenih področij s strani zaposlenih: notranje komuniciranje, razvoj kariere, nagrajevanje, strokovno usposabljanje, motiviranost in zavzetost.
This graduation thesis presents the organizational climate and the satisfaction of the employees within the selected organization. The organizational climate is always present irrespective of the form or structure of the organization. The mood of the employees in an organization is influenced by various factors, such as communication, training, interpersonal relationships, management and belonging to the organization. All this should be analysed in detail when investigating the organizational climate. The topic of this graduation thesis was chosen because within the selected organization this kind of research has never been carried out so far. With the help of this research, it will be possible to identify those factors which negatively affect the climate and the (di)satisfaction of the employees. The results of the analysis show that the organizational climate within the selected organization is currently not at its best, therefore this thesis includes some suggestions and guidelines for its improvement. The suggestions particularly concern those dimensions which have obtained low ratings by the employees, such as: internal communication, career development, rewarding, professional training, motivation and commitment.
