Problematika brezposelnosti mladih s poudarkom na prekarnosti
The issue of youth unemployment with the emphasis on precarious work
V diplomskem delu se bomo podrobneje posvetili težavam mladih, ki se soočajo z brezposelnostjo. Srečali se bomo tudi s pojmom mobilnost mladih in posebej opisali pojem fleksibilnost trga dela s poudarkom na temeljnih ugotovitvah glede stanja na trgu dela v Sloveniji. Osredotočili se bomo še na problematiko pojma »prekarnosti«, ki označuje negotovo, začasno, občasno in (navadno slabo) plačano delovno aktivnost. Gre za delo in delovne aktivnosti, ki predstavljajo izrazito socialno negotovost, saj imajo prekarni delavci bistveno manj pravne varnosti od delavcev znotraj standardnih oblik zaposlitev. Prekarnost ni pravni pojem. Najpogostejša pravna oblika prekarnega dela je prikrito delovno razmerje. Ugotoviti želimo, ali je tovrstna oblika izkoriščanja mladih temeljni vzrok, da mladi zapuščajo državo in si iščejo varnejše oblike zaposlitve drugje po svetu.
S pomočjo anketnega vprašalnika, ki smo ga pripravili na spletni strani 1ka.si, smo pridobili različne informacije in različna mnenja mladih o brezposelnosti ter načinu reševanja problema brezposelnosti in vstopa na trg dela.
The thesis therefore pays specific attention to the problems of young people who face unemployment. We will also focus on the mobility of young people and separately describe the notion of labour flexibility with an emphasis on the fundamental findings regarding the situation in the Slovenian labour market. We will also direct our attention to the problematic notion of “precarity”, which refers to a precarious, temporary, occasional (and usually low-paid) labour activity. Such work and labour activities cause social insecurity as precarious workers experience a significantly lower level of legal certainty compared to the workers in standard forms of employment. However, precarity is not a legal concept. The most common legal form of precarious work is a disguised employment relationship. The aim is thus to determine whether this form of exploitation of young people is the main reason for leaving their own country and trying to find more secure forms of employment abroad.
For this reason, we gained different information and opinions of young people on unemployment, different ways of tackling the unemployment problem and entry into the labour market through a survey questionnaire created on a website 1ka.si.
