STRUKTURA ZAPOSLOVANJA V ČASU GOSPODARSKE KRIZE IN PO NJEJ
Magistrska naloga preučuje vpliv in posledice, ki jih je prinesla gospodarska kriza leta 2008 na področje zaposlovanja pri nas. Vsaka kriza in zlom gospodarstva prinese nove prilagoditve, tako na nivoju sistema in podjetij kot tudi posameznika ter hkrati omogoča premislek o tem, kako ravnati v prihodnje. Ključni del naloge zato predstavlja raziskava, ki postavlja v ospredje odnos posameznika do zaposlitve, njegove odzive na brezposelnost ter pričakovanja ob izbiri in zasedbi novega delovnega mesta. Analiza odgovorov ponuja oblikovanje določenih rešitev in predlogov, kako se lahko ob znakih krize odzovejo podjetja in še toliko bolj posamezniki, ki ostanejo brez zaposlitve ali so soočeni s spremembo delovnega mesta. Zanimiv izsledek je tudi razkorak v miselnosti mladih iskalcev zaposlitve v primerjavi s starejšimi generacijami, saj že nakazuje nove smernice pri oblikovanju delovnih mest v prihodnosti. Naloga s preučevanjem in prikazom sprememb v zaposlenosti prebivalstva ter ovrednotenjem odnosa do zaposlitve in brezposelnosti v današnjem času ponuja vpogled v trende, ki se pojavljajo tako na strani delodajalcev kot delojemalcev. S tem pa omogoča oblikovanje možnih ukrepov, ki bodo ublažili negativne posledice prihodnjih pretresov na svetovnem trgu.
The master's thesis examines the impact and consequences of the 2008 economic crisis on employment in our country. Every crisis and collapse of the economy brings new adjustments at the system and company level, and employees need to adjust as well. At the same time it allows us to think about how to act in the future if similar circumstances occur. A key part of this thesis is the research that places the emphasis on the individual's attitude towards employment, their responses to unemployment and expectations when selecting a new job position. Analysis offers the possibility to create specific solutions and suggestions how companies and especially individuals, who are unemployed or facing job change, can respond in times of crisis. An interesting finding is also the change of pespective of young job seekers compared to older generations, as it already points to new directions for job creation in the future. By examining changes in population's employment and evaluating attitudes towards employment and unemployment, the thesis provides insight into trends and therefore suggests us the possible measures that will mitigate the negative effects of future turmoil on the global market.
