Pilotna študija izobraževanja na izbrani srednji šoli v času pandemije covid-19 : magistrsko delo

Abstract: Pandemija covida-19 je spremenila delo in pogled na delo v skoraj vseh spektrih našega življenja, ki smo ga poznali pred pandemijo. Tudi izobraževalne ustanove so morale svoje delo prilagoditi in spremeniti. Predavatelji smo bili v času pandemije prvi, ki smo preizkušali različne platforme za delo na daljavo, da bi omogočili čim boljšo komunikacijo med predavatelji in slušatelji. Cilj magistrskega dela je primerjati načine šolskega pouka pred pandemijo in v času pandemije covida-19. Z izvedeno raziskavo med dijaki in učitelji izbrane srednje šole smo želeli potrditi ali ovreči hipotezo o neprimernosti ali primernosti izobraževanja na daljavo in subjektivno ocenjeno kvaliteto dela. Predstavili smo tudi nekaj primerov dobrih praks pri podajanju snovi, ki naj služijo predvsem temu, da bodo imeli drugi predavatelji boljše izhodišče za delo na daljavo, kot smo ga imeli mi. Ne samo podajanje snovi, tudi ocenjevanje je bilo v času pandemije spremenjeno, zato smo na podlagi praktičnih izkušenj ocenjevanja v magistrskem delu predstavili nekaj primerov dobrih praks v zvezi z ocenjevanjem znanja.

Role of Cu current collector on electrochemical mechanism of Mg–S battery

Abstract: Development of magnesium sulfur battery is accompanied with all known difficulties present in Li–S batteries, however with even more limited choice of electrolytes. In the present work, the influence of current collector on electrochemical mechanism was investigated in light of different reports where improved behavior was ascribed to electrolyte. Notable differences in cycling behavior are reported when Al current collector is replaced by Cu current collector independent of electrolyte. The initial reduction of sulfur follows similar reaction path no mater of current collector, but formation of MgS can be in competition with formation of CuS in the presence of Cu cations. With the subsequent cycling cells prepared from cathodes deposited on Cu current collector show decrease in the voltage and formation of single plateau during cycling. The change corresponds to the involvement of Cu into the reaction and formation of redox couple Mg/CuS as determined by Cu K-edge XANES measurements. Corrosion of Cu foil is identified by SEM and serves as a source of Cu cations for the chemical reaction between Cu and polysulfides. Mg/CuS redox couple shows improved cycling stability, but theoretical energy density is severely reduced due to substitution of S with CuS as cathode active material.

Izbira hidravličnega cepilnika drv z večparametrskim vrednotenjem in finančno analizo

Abstract: Magistrsko delo obravnava izbiro hidravličnega cepilnika drv z uporabo večparametrskega vrednotenja in finančne analize. Za ogrevanje hiše uporabljamo drva, ki jih samostojno pripravljamo in ročno cepimo s pomočjo cepilne sekire. Cepljenje zahteva veliko fizične moči in časa, zato želimo investirati v hidravlični cepilnik drv. V magistrskem delu smo želeli odgovoriti na vprašanja, ali je smiselno izdelati cepilnik doma ali ga raje kupiti ter kakšnega in katerega naj izberemo v primeru nakupa. Hidravlične cepilnike drv smo razdelili na skupino cepilnikov na tritočkovni priklop in skupino mobilnih cepilnikov. Izbrali smo deset najprimernejših cepilnikov drv in jih podrobno analizirali. Z uporabo večparametrske metode DEX in računalniškega orodja DEXi smo izdelali večparametrska odločitvena modela za vrednotenje obeh skupin cepilnikov drv. Največjo težo v modelu in samem vrednotenju so imeli sledeči kriteriji: cena cepilnika, cepilne karakteristike, lastnosti cilindra in konstrukcijske lastnosti. Rezultate vrednotenja cepilnikov drv smo med seboj primerjali in podali sklepne ugotovitve. Kot najprimernejši in najmanj tvegan nakup sta se izkazala cepilnika LANCMAN ST 17C na tritočkovni priklop in mobilni cepilnik LANCMAN STAW 17. Zaradi boljših konstrukcijskih lastnosti in nižje cene smo se odločili za prvega. Izdelali smo tudi več finančnih analiz za ugotovitev upravičenosti in smiselnosti investicije v hidravlični cepilnik drv. Primerjali smo stroške samostojne izdelave cepilnika drv, nakupa izbranega hidravličnega cepilnika drv in najema mobilnega cepilnika. Kratkoročno je najprimernejša izbira najem cepilnika, dolgoročno pa zaradi nižje cene samostojna izdelava cepilnika.
