Title:Meritve sevalnih obremenitev v bivalnem okolju v področju srednjih frekvenc (300 Hz - 100 kHz) z oceno tveganja

Abstract:V magistrskem delu so predstavljene meritve ter rezultati sevalnih obremenitev v bivalnem okolju v področju srednjih frekvenc (300 Hz – 100 kHz). V okviru naloge je podan pregled znanstvene literature o sevalnih obremenitvah ljudi v bivalnem okolju zaradi različnih naprav in sistemov, ki v svoji okolici povzročajo elektromagnetna sevanja (EMS) v tem frekvenčnem področju. Meritve (točkovne in trajne) sevalnih obremenitev v bivalnem okolju so bile izvedene pri 16 prostovoljcih s selektivno in širokopasovno verificirano laboratorijsko merilno opremo. Poleg tega smo izmerili še sevalne obremenitve zaradi delovanja najbolj značilnih električnih in elektronskih naprav (npr. indukcijsko kuhališče, gospodinjske naprave, sistemi za nadzor in identifikacijo, TV ter LED in energijsko varčne sijalke). Dodatno so bile narejene še 48–urne meritve izpostavljenosti v spalnici pri enem prostovoljcu. Sevalne obremenitve smo določili s posebej izvedenim protokolom "in situ", ki natančno določa izvedbo meritev spektra, časovnih nihanj ter harmonskih komponent v frekvenčnem območju med 300 Hz in 100 kHz. Podan je bil pregled mejnih vrednosti in zakonskih določil s področja EMS v tem frekvenčnem področju. Dobljeni rezultati so bili primerjani z mejnimi vrednostmi, ki jih določajo smernice Mednarodne komisije za varstvo pred neionizirnimi sevanji (ICNIRP) iz leta 2010. Izvedena je bila ocena tveganja glede na trenutna znanstvena dognanja glede možnih vplivov EMS srednjih frekvenc na zdravje.

Abstract:The exposure assessment of electromagnetic fields (EMF) in the intermediate frequency range (300 Hz – 100 kHz) in living environment are presented. A background of the measurement protocol in this frequency range is given. Measurements (spot and permanent) have been made with the help of 16 volunteers with selective and broadband verified laboratory equipment according to the European project Geronimo. EMF exposure at the most significant electrical and electronic devices (eg. EAS and RFID technology sistems, domestic appliances, such as induction hobs, digital TV and energy-saving lamps) was measured. In addition, a 48 - hour measurements of EMF exposure in the bedroom of the first volunteer were made. EMF exposure is determined with the help of specially derived Protocol "in situ", which specify the measurement range, temporal variations and harmonic components in the frequency range between 300 Hz - 100 kHz. The overview of limit values in the legal provisions in the field of EMF in this frequency range is given. The results obtained were compared with the guidelines of International Commission on Non-Ionizing Radiation Protection (ICNIRP) from 2010. The risk assessment according to the current scietific evidence in the intermediate frequency range is given.
