Title:IZBOR NAJPRIMERNEJŠEGA NAČINA ZA ANALIZO KOMENTARJEV GOSTOV ZA IZBRANI SLOVENSKI HOTEL

Abstract:Hoteli morajo za svoj dolgoročni obstoj in rast stremeti k nenehnim izboljšavam in poslovni odličnosti. S tem mislimo na razvoj novih, boljših in dodatnih storitev, ker z današnjimi storitvami ne bodo zadovoljili potrebe gostov jutri. Ključ do razumevanja potreb gostov je, da jih razumemo ter iz njihovih realnih občutkov, potreb, strahov in pričakovanj dobimo podlago za izboljšave. Diplomsko delo opisuje in raziskuje načine za analiziranje komentarjev in ocen gostov na spletnih mestih ter opisuje pomen komentarjev za hotel. S pomočjo literature smo prepoznali več različnih načinov, ki jih hotel lahko uporablja. Cilj diplomskega dela je s pomočjo vodstva hotela izbrati najprimernejši način za spremljanje komentarjev gostov in na podlagi delovanja prikazati možnosti za konkretne izboljšave ponudbe v izbranem hotelu. Izbrani ponudnik nam je omogočil testno uporabo programa, s pomočjo katerega smo pridobili analize, ki so bile osnova za ugotavljanje morebitnih izboljšav v hotelu. Podjetje lahko polno izkoristi sistem le, če ugotovitve, ki jih pridobi iz sistema, prenese v podjetje do tiste ravni, kjer je moč odločanja za spremembe.

Title:Selecting the Most Appropriate Way to Analyse Guests' Comments for a Selected Slovenian Hotel
Abstract:For their long-term existence and growth, hotels must aim for continued improvements and business excellence. By this I mean the development of new, better and additional services, because with today's services they will not satisfy the needs of guests tomorrow. The key to understanding the needs of guests is that we understand the guests and create a basis for improvements from their real feelings, needs, fears and expectations. The diploma thesis describes and explores ways to analyse guests' comments and ratings on websites, and describes what these comments mean to the hotel. By means of published literature I have identified several methods which could be used by the hotel. The aim of this diploma thesis is to choose, with the help of hotel management, the best way to keep track of comments, and then based on the hotel's performance show the possibilities for concrete improvements to the offer of the selected hotel. The selected provider has enabled me to test an application with which I obtained the analyses that served as a basis for determining potential improvements to the hotel. A company can fully utilize the system only if it transfers the findings it has obtained from the system to the company to the decision-making level, which has the power to make changes.
