Title:Uvajanje inovativne tehnologije svetil s svetlečimi diodami

Abstract:V diplomskem delu je prikazan postopek snovanja novega proizvoda v sklopu tehnične razsvetljave. Skupaj s sodelavci smo zasnovali novo tehnologijo LED svetil v novi industrijski obliki, prvotno namenjeni za natečaje in tekmovanja. Potrebno je bilo raziskati, zasnovati in opredeliti primeren tehnološki nivo, izbrati primerne materiale in izdelati prve prototipe. Po predstavitvi novega svetila na raznih natečajih in sejmih je zanimanje za proizvod naraslo. zato se je podjetje odločilo, da bo svetilo postavilo v proizvodni program. Po odločitvi se je pričela faza, v kateri smo morali iz prototipa narediti serijski proizvod. Svetilo smo uspešno vpeljali v proizvodni program in začeli izdelovati že prve serije, ki so bile namenjene prodaji in promociji le- tega. Izračunani so bili stroški razvoja in speljave opisanega izdelka.

Abstract:A process of planning a new product, designed for technical lighting, is described in diploma thesis. We introduced a new technology of LED illumination with a revolutionary design of a lamp. This lamp was originally designed for the contest of new light technology. With this respect, it was neccessary to research and to define new technology, to select appropriate materials and to construct a prototype. Due to the strong interest in our lamp, the company where the lamp was developed decided to introduce it in their current production. Consequently, we had to define all technological and marketing aspects of mass production. This research in new technology resulted in a new way of light production in the given company. The costs of the development and introduction of the new product were calculated.
