VPELJAVA SISTEMA ZA OPTIMIZIRANJE ZALOG IN UPRAVLJANJE DELA TERENSKIH TEHNIKOV V POSLOVANJE PODJETJA
Cilj raziskave je bil ugotoviti, ali je uvedba novega sistema prinesla pozitivne učinke za podjetje in naročnike. Zanimalo nas je tudi, kako je bil sistem sprejet med zaposlenimi in ali so možne dodatne izboljšave sistema. Kot študent Univerze v Novi Gorici sem opravil anketo z zaposlenimi terenskimi tehniki na področju odprave napak na telekomunikacijski infrastrukturi. Identificirali smo prednosti in slabosti vpeljave sistema WFM v poslovanje podjetja ter predlagali postopek izboljšave procesa pri izključitvah storitev in pobiranju terminalne opreme v lasti Telekoma Slovenije.
The aim of the survey was to determine the effects of the introduction of the new system to the company and to its customers. We were also interested in learning how the system was accepted by the employees, as well as whether further improvements to the system were possible. As a student of the University of Nova Gorica, I have conducted a survey with employed field technicians in the area of correction of errors on the telecommunication infrastructure. We have identified the advantages and disadvantages of introducing the WFM system in the company and proposed a process of improving the procedure regarding the extinguishing of services and regarding the collection of terminal equipment owned by Telekom Slovenije.
