Primerjava ročnega in avtomatskega sistema spremljanja membran za reverzno osmozo

Abstract: Ta diplomska naloga raziskuje prehod iz ročnega na avtomatsko spremljanja membran reverzne osmoze. V nalogi je opisan koncept reverzne osmoze in podobnih filtracijskih tehnologij, kot tudi pomembnost spremljanja stanja membran med postopkom filtracije. Prav tako je predstavljena vloga senzorjev pri avtomatskem spremljanju delovanja membran. V nalogi so opisane različne metode za spremljanje stanja membran, s poudarkom na senzorjih. Razloženo je, kako senzorji delujejo in kako zbirajo relevantne podatke o delovanju membran. Prav tako je opisan način, kako omogočajo avtomatsko spremljanje. Predstavljena je tudi primerjava med ročnim in avtomatskim spremljanjem membran reverzne osmoze. Razložene so prednosti avtomatskega spremljanja, kot so hitrejše odkrivanje težav, zmanjšanje človeških napak in izboljšanje celotne učinkovitosti postopka filtracije. Na koncu naloge je izvedena analiza, ki preučuje uporabo membran reverzne osmoze s senzorji in brez njih.

Simulation cases of advanced driver-assistance systems

Abstract: In the bachelor’s thesis, advanced driver-assistance systems are discussed and explained. The focus of the explanation is placed on two specific systems, the anti-lock braking system and the automatic transmission system. To provide a deeper understanding of these systems, simulations were created using the computer program. Computer simulation is explained and the types of computer simulation are discussed. Programs used for computer simulation are presented and explained. The program used for computer simulation in this bachelor’s thesis is Scicos, and the visual and interactive representation of the anti-lock braking system and the automatic transmission system is made. For the anti-lock braking system, the simulation scheme is divided into models representing various components of the system, such as the vehicle, wheel, slip, friction, and control. Each of these models interacts with one another to replicate the functioning of the anti-lock braking system. Similarly, for the automatic transmission system, the simulation scheme is divided into models representing the driver and environment, engine, transmission, vehicle, and controller. These models interact to simulate the operation of the automatic transmission system. The thesis presents the results from the simulation of these two systems to analyze the difference in using the systems in different driving scenarios. The effect of the advanced driver-assistance systems in the vehicles is also showcased.

Prilagoditev dajalnika zasuka zahtevam stranke

Abstract: Dajalniki položaja so senzorji, ki se uporabljajo za meritev translatornega premika ali za meritev zasuka ter posledično tudi hitrosti merjenca. Imajo širok spekter uporabe, prevladuje pa vgradnja v različne robote. Stranke za svoje aplikacije občasno potrebujejo prilagojen dajalnik položaja. Poleg tega imajo zaradi različnih potreb željo po izdelavi lastne programske opreme za dajalnike premika ali zasuka. Namen diplomskega dela je prilagoditev dajalnika zasuka AksIM-2 zahtevam stranke in izdelava programske opreme, ki jo lahko stranka prilagodi po lastnih željah. Za zagotovitev pravilnega delovanja dajalnika zasuka smo izvedli teste točnosti in histereze. Programsko opremo smo zasnovali v programskem jeziku Python. Za prikaz delovanja programa smo izdelali demonstracijsko mesto, ki je sestavljeno iz koračnega elektromotorja in nosilca za bralno glavo MB080. Nosilec smo narisali v programski opremi Solidworks, izdelali tehniško risbo, 3D-natisnjen model in rezkan nastavek. Pristop, ki smo ga uporabili za spremembo dajalnika zasuka, bi lahko uporabili tudi v prihodnje, če bi imela kakšna stranka podobne želje. Program je zasnovan tako, da omogoča preprosto nadgrajevanje. Demonstracijsko mesto pa bi lahko bilo uporabljeno za predstavitvene videoposnetke kodirnika AksIM-2.

Modelling dynamic systems with artificial neural networksand related methods

Abstract: Modelling Dynamic Systems with Artificial Neural Networks and Related Methods can be used as a textbook for the field it covers or as an introductory textbook for more advanced literature in the field. The textbook comprises introduction to artificial neural networks, identification of linear and nonlinear dynamic systems, control with artificial neural networks, local-model networks and blended multiple-model systems, design of gain-scheduling control and identification of nonlinear systems with Gaussian processes. It is intended for undergraduate students, especially at the postgraduate level, who have sufficient knowledge in dynamic systems, as well as for professionals who wish to familiarise themselves with the concepts and views described. The textbook is not intended to be a detailed theoretically based description of the subject, but rather an overview of the field of identification of dynamic systems with neural networks and related methods from the perspective of systems theory and, in particular, its application. The work is intended to inform the reader about the views on this subject, which are related but treated very differently.

THE CALIBRATION PROCESS OF A MANUFACTURING LINE IN THE AUTOMOTIVE INDUSTRY

Abstract: Calibration of measuring instruments in the industry is a process that is done regularly both internally by internal laboratories operating within the companies and externally by accredited external laboratories. The goal of the diploma thesis was to document and carry out the calibration process of a production line within a manufacturing plant, and to deliver a final report on the overall calibration. The result is obtained by calculating the combined uncertainty of the measurement process. As any measurement is gathered certain uncertainties are bound to influence the measurements, in our case we have three main uncertainties which are the standard uncertainty, uncertainty due to the resolution of the measuring instrument and the uncertainty from the calibration certificate from the measuring equipment that is used in the measurement process. The final combined uncertainty is calculated with the standard uncertainty which has a 68% confidence that the true value lies within that range therefore we need to expand the range to obtain a 95% confidence and we achieve this by multiplication of the combined uncertainty with the K = 2 factor.

Proces izdelave izdelka z računalniško numerično vodenim orodjem

Abstract: V diplomskem delu je predstavljen tehnološki vidik izdelave izdelka z uporabo tehnologije računalniških numerično vodenih (CNC) laserskih naprav, kot primer avtomatsko vodenega orodja, ki se danes pogosto uporablja v proizvodnem procesu. Namen diplomskega dela je opisati tehnologijo CNC in izpeljati projekt izdelave od povpraševanja do odpreme izdelka. Z opisom CNC laserskih strojev smo ugotovili njihov način delovanja, njihove osnovne komponente ter načine vodenja. Za obdelovalni stroj, na katerem je bil izveden projekt izdelave izdelka, smo izbrali laserski rezalnik in nato opisali njegove sestavne dele in zgodovino razvoja ter tipe laserskih rezalnikov. Za konkretni projekt izdelave knjižnega stojala smo opisali vse proizvodne procese, pri katerih uporabljamo stroj za lasersko obdelovanje materiala. V opisu te izvedbe smo prikazali zaporedje in odločitve v postopku proizvodnje.

Primerjava ročnega in avtomatskega spremljanja podatkov proizvodnega procesa na primeru proizvodne linije alternatorjev : diplomsko delo

Abstract: V diplomskem delu se ukvarjamo s preverjanjem kakovosti delovanja proizvodnje in kakovosti izdelkov na proizvodni liniji montaže alternatorjev. Opisujemo dele izdelka in kako poteka njegova sestava. Pri tem določimo, katere meritve in parametre moramo zagotoviti pri izdelavi kakovostnega izdelka za boljše razumevanje obravnavane vsebine. Ugotavljamo, ali avtomatsko spremljanje podatkov (statistični nadzor procesa) že zamenjuje ročno spremljanje podatkov ter človeški del, ki je v vsakem proizvodnem procesu neizogiben. Avtomatski način je opisan s SPC metodologijo in njenim delovanjem v ozadju orodja Q-DAS. Ročni način preverjanja podatkov je opisan z izvajanjem večnivojskih presoj procesa. Na proizvodni liniji montaže sta obe metodi aktualni in se trenutno izvajata hkrati, vendar se rezultati uporabljajo za različne namene in se rezultati med seboj dopolnjujejo. Ugotavljamo, koliko so podatki kakovostni, sledljivi in uporabni, glede na način zbiranja podatkov. Zaključek smo naredili na podlagi teoretičnega in praktičnega primerjanja metod, končnih poročil in statistik.
