Rezultate anket smo kasneje statistično obdelali in to predstavili v diplomskem delu.

Title:An analysis of the organisational climate in Vibeks company and some suggestions for improvements
Abstract:The thesis deals with an analysis of the organisational climate and organisational culture in Vibeks company. The analytical part consists of a questionnaire used as a standard measure for studying the organizational climate. Complete anonymity was ensured as this was the only way to ensure truthful opinions, and consequently realistic findings. The most extensive part of our questionnaire consisted of 70 claims that needed to be evaluated according to the degree of agreement with the claim. Moreover, we measured job satisfaction of the employees and the demographic characteristics of the respondents. At the end of the questionnaire, there was a blank space for potential suggestions, but none of the employees chose to write anything. The results of the survey were statistically processed and are presented in this thesis. We can conclude that the employees are generally satisfied with the company and the organizational climate. Nevertheless, some critical aspects were pointed out and suggestions for improvements were provided. The differences between employee satisfaction in relation to age and gender are also analysed showing a great discrepancy between females and elderly persons, and males and younger employees. The former appeart more satisfied with the company than the latter.
