Title:Ustvarjalno reševanje problemov v podjetjih

Abstract:Reševanje problemov je neločljiv del življenja v podjetju. Vsakič, ko kdo od zaposlenih v podjetju razmišlja o novih načinih zniževanja stroškov, iznajdbi novega izdelka ali storitve ali ugotavlja, kako bi lahko podjetje delovalo bolje, se je treba lotiti reševanja problemov. Zato bom preučila, ali so zaposleni ustvarjalni pri reševanju problemov v podjetjih. Konkurenca je veliko močnejša, življenjske dobe izdelkov (storitev) se krajšajo. Za posameznike je razvoj sposobnosti ustvarjalnega reševanja problemov nujen. Ker morajo podjetja tudi reševati probleme, je razvoj teh veščin pri zaposlenih prav tako nujno potreben. Ustvarjalnost je edina konkurenčna prednost, ki ostane podjetjem. V prvem delu diplomske naloge je podana teoretična opredelitev ustvarjalnega reševanja problemov v podjetjih s podrobnim opisom ustvarjalnosti, procesa ustvarjalnega mišljenja, načinov mišljenja, vodenja ustvarjalnega sodelovanja, blokad ustvarjalnosti, vloge intuicije pri reševanju problemov, procesa ustvarjalnega reševanja problemov, tehnik ustvarjalnega mišljenja in reševanja problemov. V drugem delu je predstavljena raziskava o ustvarjalnem reševanju problemov v podjetjih. Namen te raziskave je, da s primerjavo dveh podjetij (Gostol-Gopan in Iskra Avtoelektrika) ugotovim, koliko so zaposleni v razvojnem oddelku ustvarjalni pri reševanju problemov in v katerem podjetju so pri tem bolj ustvarjalni. S pomočjo ankete sem podrobneje raziskala nekatere vidike ustvarjalnosti pri reševanju problemov.

Abstract:Solving problems is inseparable part of company life. Anytime someone of the employees thinks about new ways of reducing costs, inventing new products or production or finding out, how to improve company work, it is necessary to start solving problems. That is way I am gone find out, if the employees are creative in solving companies problems. Competitions is even bigger, life period of products are shorter. Development of abilities for creative solving problems for individual people are actually necessary. Development of skills for employees are necessarily too, because the companies have to solve problems. Creativity is the only competitive advantage that companies remains.The first part of the thesis embraces the theoretical definition of creativ solving problems in companies with detailed description of creativity,process of creative thinking, methods of thinking, managment of creative collaboration, creativity blockades, intuition for solving problems, technics of creative thinking and solving problems. The second part of the thesis introduces the research of creative solving problems in companies. My intention for the research is to compare two companies (Gostol- Gopan and Iskra Avtoelektrika) and find out how much the employees in the development department are creative in solving problems and in which company are much creative in solving problems. Some parts of creativity in solving problems were researched in greater detail whit the help of a questionnaire.
