355. Torsion elements and torsionable hypermodulesHashem Bordbar, 2023, izvirni znanstveni članek Opis: This article is motivated by the recently published studies on divisible hypermodules and
falls in the area of hypercompositional algebra. In particular, it focuses on the torsion elements in Krasner hypermodules. First, we define the concept of a torsion element over a hypermodule, and based on it, we introduce a new class of hypermodules, namely the torsionable hypermodule. After investigating some of their fundamental properties, we will show that the class of torsionable hypermodules is a subclass of the class of divisible hypermodules. Finally, we present the relationships between divisible, torsionable, and normal injective hypermodules. 356. Slovenian settlements in the USA since 1870s till presentMatjaž Klemenčič, Milan Mrđenović, 2023, samostojni znanstveni sestavek ali poglavje v monografski publikaciji Opis: Ethnic settlements represent cities or parts of them where one of the ethnic organizations are or were present, i.e., ethnic parish, national homes, or at least one fraternal organization. This is a result of the long historic processes which took place after a certain group immigrated. It normally took more than 10 years before a settlement is established and they lasted until another group prevailed or the members of community assimilated. Nevertheless, the traces of the remnants of these communities can be found also more than a century after these settlements were established. There were 800 cities, towns, and villages where Slovene settlements were established. The first was Ebeneser in Georgia. It was erased in the civil war. St. Stephen was established 150 years ago and there are still people who know their ancestry. We recently discovered that a Slovene flag was flown at the cemetery. The second largest Slovenian city worldwide after World War 1 was Cleveland, OH and the city with the largest percentage of Slovenian population in the USA is Ely, MN where more than half of the population has Slovene ancestors. Slovenian Americans were successful also in professional life and in politics. 357. Implementation of the EPBD in Slovenia – Status in 2020Marjana Šijanec Zavrl, Miha Tomšič, Henrik Gjerkeš, Erik Potočar, 2021, končno poročilo o rezultatih raziskav Opis: The Concerted Action EPBD (CA EPBD) addresses the Energy Performance of Buildings Directive (EPBD). It aims to contribute to the reduction of energy use in European buildings, through the exchange of knowledge and best practices in the field of energy efficiency and energy savings between all 28 EU Member States plus Norway.
The CA EPBD is a joint initiative between the EU Member States and the European Commission. It involves representatives of national ministries or their affiliated institutions who are in charge of preparing the technical, legal and administrative framework for the Energy Performance of Buildings Directive in each EU Member State, plus Norway. The objective is to enhance the sharing of information and experiences from national adoption and implementation of this important European legislation.
The transposition of the EPBD in Slovenia is the overall responsibility of the Ministry of Infrastructure and was primarily transposed by the Energy Act (EZ-1), covering the topics of NZEB, energy performance certification, inspection of heating and AC systems and energy efficiency information programmes. The Act on Energy Efficiency (ZURE) integrates the EZ-1 articles related to the EPBD.
The revision of the building codes (PURES) is still in progress and planned for publication in late 2021. It will contain detailed technical requirements for NZEB based on the technical definition given in the national NZEB action plan, and the revision of the calculation methodology according to a new set of CEN EPBD standards.
Important recent steps in EPBD implementation are the application of the central national electronic register of EPCs and associated software, the independent control system for EPCs, first steps in the cross-linking of e-registries for EPCs, inspections and public buildings, as well as wide information activities implemented by the Eco Fund concerning financial instruments available for the energy renovation of buildings. 359. // Crypto-Minding: postindustrijski podatkovni aktivizem : PostMobilnost; GO!2025 Evropska prestolnica kultureMarina Zafiris, Christopher Csikszentmihalyi, razstava Opis: // Stoletje obsedene industrializacije nam je širom zemeljske oble zapustilo obilico poceni energije, zemljišč in infrastrukture.
