Abstract:V podjetju Mahle Letrika d.o.o. so na področju upravljanja znanja naredili že veliko, vendar so rešitve nepovezane, ponekod nepregledne in z določenimi pomanjkljivostmi. Potrebne so dopolnitve in prenova. Podjetje planira informatizacijo skozi obstoječo matriko usposobljenosti zaposlenih, ki pa jo je potrebno najprej posodobiti in izboljšati njeno funkcionalnost. V podjetju je bila sestavljena skupina sodelavcev za pregled pomanjkljivosti obstoječe matrike in izdelavo načrta sprememb. V prispevku opisujemo pregled obstoječe matrike in njenih pomanjkljivosti ter konkretne zamisli za popravke obstoječega stanja pred nadaljnjo informatizacijo. Rezultati bodo vključeni v načrt aktivnosti za posodabljanje in urejanje integriranega sistema, katerega cilj bo zbiranje informacij o znanju zaposlenih. Zaradi večje sledljivosti se bo izboljšalo upravljanje s človeškimi viri.

Title:Improving the system of monitoring employees competences in Mahle Letrika company
Abstract:The company Mahle Letrika d.o.o. has done a lot in the field of knowledge management, but the solutions are unrelated, in certain segments opaque and with some disadvantages. Now some additions and renovations are required. The company plans the informatization through the existing qualifications matrix of employees, which has to be modernized and its functionality has to be improved. A group of colleagues was composed in the company to review the shortcomings of the existing matrix and to make a plan of changes. In this thesis we describe an overview of the existing matrix and its shortcomings and also specific ideas for corrections of the existing situation before further informatization. The results will be included in to the plan of activities needed for updating and editing an integrated system, witch the aim of updating and editing an integrated system for collecting information about employee`s knowledge. Due to enhanced tracebility, human resources managment in the company will be improved.
