Title:ORGANIZACIJSKA KLIMA NA OSNOVNI ŠOLI MIHA PINTER TOLEDO

Abstract:Organizacijska klima je vzdušje, ki obstaja v določeni skupini in posledično vpliva na to, kako se ljudje obnašajo. Prisotna je v vsaki organizaciji ne glede na to, ali se je zaposleni zavedajo ali ne. Šolska klima označuje vzdušje v šoli, to pomeni, kako se počutijo učitelji kot zaposleni in učenci ter kakšni so odnosi med njimi. Za vsako organizacijo kot tudi skupnost je pomembno, da je v njenem delovnem okolju ugodna organizacijska klima. Za svoje diplomsko delo smo izbrali Osnovno šolo Mihe Pintarja Toleda v Velenju, kjer smo proučili organizacijsko klimo. Vlada lahko dobra ali slaba klima. Če je slaba, jo želimo spremeniti, vendar pa jo moramo prej proučiti, kar pomeni najti vzroke za njen nastanek. Za zaposlene smo pripravili vprašalnik, ki smo ga oblikovali na spletni strani www.1ka.si, nato smo anketo poslali anketirancem. Rezultate smo analizirali z uporabo programa Microsoft Excel in pripravili podatke v obliki grafov ter samih vrednosti. Ugotovili smo, da se mora Osnovna šola Mihe Pintarja Toleda oziroma njeno vodstvo posvetiti predvsem dimenziji, ki je najslabše ocenjena, in to je dimenzija nagrajevanja.

Title:ORGANIZATIONAL CLIMATE IN THE PRIMARY SCHOOL MIHA PINTAR TOLEDO
Abstract:Organizational atmosphere is a notion that refers to the mood that people belonging to an organizational entity feel as well as the way they behave. The atmosphere in a school, depends on teachers and staff and the childrens, and relationships between them. Comfortable organizational climate is important for productive functioning of an organization. As a case study i chose the primary school Miha Pinter Toledo in Velenje where I studied organizational climate. For the employees, I have prepared a questionnaire, which I designed in the website www.1ka.si. Then I sent a survey among respondents. The results were analyzed by using Microsoft Excel. The main finding of this work is that apart from generally good atmosphere among staff and disciples, the school management should stress more focus on rewarding aspects, which recevied the lowest grades in the questionnaire. I found that the primary school Mihe Pintarja Toleda and lead concentrate primarily on the dimension which is the worst and this it's rewarding dimension.
