Abstract:Komunikacija z drugimi je osnovna težnja vsakega posameznika. Z njo se srečujemo vsak dan, tako v zasebnem kot v poslovnem svetu. Komunicirati začnemo že zgodaj v otroštvu, ko se naučimo govora, in nadaljujemo skozi celotno življenje. Naučiti se komunicirati na zares odrasel način pa zahteva veliko spretnosti, znanja in truda. Sposobnost učinkovitega komuniciranja je ena izmed najpomembnejših veščin za uspeh v življenju. V diplomskem delu bo iz razpoložljive literature pridobljeno čim več koristnih napotkov in podatkov o komunikaciji med zaposlenimi in stranko. Najprej bo predstavljena komunikacija v podjetjih, od katere je odvisno, kako zaposleni komunicirajo s stranko. V ospredje raziskovalne naloge bo postavljeno predvsem telefonsko komuniciranje, ker je to eden izmed najbolj uporabljenih in običajnih virov komunikacije tako v vsakdanjem življenju kot v podjetjih. V zadnjem poglavju bodo predstavljeni rezultati ankete, s pomočjo katere bo raziskana komunikacija s strankami. Z anketo so bili zbrani podatki o težavah pri komunikaciji. Temeljni cilj tega poglavja je raziskati mnenje zaposlenih o komuniciranju. S pomočjo ankete bodo preverjene hipoteze. Raziskava je pokazala, da so lahko potrjene tri od štirih hipotez.

Abstract:Communication is one of the basic tendencies for each of us in our society. It comes across everyday in our business world as well as in our private life. Communication skills are being used and practiced from the day we are born and throughout our whole life. The ability to use communication skills effective is one of the keys to our success and it requires a lot of practice and effort. The main purpose of this research project is to acquire as much useful information and directives as possible on the relation between employees and costumers. At the beginning some research has been done on communication with employees inside companies, because they are our most important link to our costumers. The main part of the research project is focused on telephone communication because this kind of communication is the most used and common way of communication in companies. With the help of a questionnaire some research has been done and three out of four hypotheses were confirmed.
