Abstract:Trg dela je kazalnik razvitosti nekega gospodarstva, saj kaže osnovna dejstva o njegovem stanju in razvoju.

Abstract:Labour market is an indicator of a certain economy. It provides basic facts about a country's state and development. Slovenian market has been operating more complexly since 1989, when capitalism was restored. High unemployment rate is an indicator of the ineffectiveness of the former system. Through the use of flexible forms of occupation the number of employees is increasing. However, these jobs are instable and less paid and offer lower rights, especially social. The number of employees employed full time on s permanent contract is decreasing. On the other side the number of employments without permanent contract is increasing.
