Abstract:Diplomska naloga se začenja z opredelitvijo logistike in njenega pomena v podjetju. Tu so predstavljene ključne točke, s katerimi skuša logistika čim racionalnejše reševati probleme v premagovanju prostora in časa. Nadaljuje se s predstavitvijo gradbenega podjetja, njegovega informacijskega sistema in opažnega materiala, ki ga podjetje uporablja pri gradnji. Sledi analiza logističnega poslovanja z opažnim materialom od njegovega naročila, prejema, skladiščenja, izdajanja, transporta in ponovno vračanja nazaj v skladišče. V zadnjem delu so predstavljene ugotovitve in predlagane rešitve nastalih problemov.

Abstract:Dissertation begins with definition of logistic science and its importance in enterprise. In the first part there are presented key points with which logistic science try to resolve problems of different places and different times in the most rational way. Follow the presentation of constructing enterprise, presentation of its information system and presentation of panelling material used in constructions. In the next part there is analysis of logistic management with panelling material from its ordering, reception instock, keeping in stock, keeping off stock, transport to different places to giving it back to store. Findings out and proposed solutions of arising problems are presented in the last part of dissertation.
