Abstract:V diplomskem delu je obravnavano berilo za četrti razred osnovne šole Babica, ti loviš!. Zanimalo me je, kako sta ženska in moška spolna vloga zastopani v berilu. Podobe spolnih vlog, ki sem jih opazila v berilu, sem razvrstila s pomočjo že oblikovanih razredov/kategorij Majde Hrženjak. Poskušala sem ugotoviti, katere lastnosti so pripisane ženskemu in katere moškemu spolu.

Title:Female characters in reading book »Babica, ti loviš!«
Abstract:My thesis discusses Babica, ti loviš!, a reading book for fourth grade of primary school. First of all I presented concepts such as sexism, stereotypes and gender stereotypes. Then I focused on the analysis of the reading book, which is interesting because of the content of the texts and because of its external look. In the index of the reading book the texts are already divided according to sexes (Za Mojce, Za Andreje). With my interpretation of the the texts I tried to determine if some of the texts are intended only for boys or only for girls. I was wondering how are the male and female sexual roles represented in the reading book. I sorted the images of gender roles, that I noticed in the reading book, according to categories, pre-designed by Majda Hrženjak. I tried to determine which characteristics are attributed to female gender and which to male gender.
Keywords:Babica, ti loviš!, sexism, gender sterotype, images of gender roles.
