Prihajajo vedno nove zahteve in pričakovanja odjemalcev oz. kupcev, ki silijo podjetje k stalnemu izboljševanju in investiranju v boljše, zmogljivejše in kakovostnejše proizvodne zmogljivosti.

Title:Traceability of materials on the assembly line
Abstract:Recently, in operations we see that electronic data is gradually replacing paper. This is mainly observed in dealings between businesses and also evident in the observed company from the standpoint of traceability of the material. Traceability is now increasingly invoked as a tool to improve work processes, troubleshooting assistance, and as additional offer to customers. In order to ensure adequate traceability and labeling of components for the smooth functioning of the production line is a problem faced by all companies. There are always new demands and expectations from the customers and this is forcing the observed company to improve the production abilities. All that's good for the company is to become more competitive and lean. The aim of the thesis is to present the problem of tracking material on the production line in the observed company. In this thesis, I described the current state of the traceability of materials held in the observed company. Mainly the traceability of the supply of the material, all the way to the use of the material on the production line. I have described the traceability on the production line and the problems that arise during the process. I have found that most problems arise when transferring material to the warehouse or in place of supply with validation of the materials and after during the process of supply on the production line. According to the findings of errors and problems, I also presented a solution to carry out or upgrade the traceability of the materials, and provide better tracking and consistency.
