Abstract:
Osrednji namen diplomskega dela je preučiti in oceniti učinkovitost ukrepov za spodbujanje zaposlovanja invalidov. Dejstvo je, da so invalidi ena najbolj ranljivih skupin na trgu dela, saj se soočajo s številnimi izzivi in pri delu potrebujejo pomoč in podporo tako s strani države kot s strani samih delodajalcev. Cilj diplomske naloge je torej predstaviti obstoječe ukrepe za spodbujanje zaposlovanja invalidov in iskati najboljše možne ukrepe za spodbujanje zaposlovanja invalidov v bodoče.
