Abstract:
Kje iskati vzroke za tako hude zaplete pri iskanju mandatarja z zadostno podporo v parlamentu kot tudi pri sestavi bodoče vladne koalicije? Eden ključnih razlogov je neposrečeni volilni sistem. Ste vedeli, da je bilo na letošnjih predčasnih volitvah 3. junija kar 53 od 88 poslancev državnega zbora izvoljenih v nasprotju z ustavo? Zgolj stranka SDS je dosegla 100 % legitimnost izvoljenih poslancev. Stranke, ki imajo ustavno sporne prav vse izvoljene poslance, pa so NSi, SMC, DeSUS, SAB in SNS. Naš sodelavec Zoran Božič se je namreč izjemno temeljito poglobil v jedro problema našega ponesrečenega volilnega sistema, ki je glavni krivec za politične krize v Sloveniji zadnji dve desetletji, hkrati je argumentirano dokazal prednosti dvokrožnega večinskega sistema. Analiza Zorana Božiča je celo za portal+ nadpovprečno dolga, vendar se je uredništvu smiselno, predvsem pa nujno, da jo objavi v celoti oziroma v enem delu.
