Abstract:V teoretičnem delu diplomske naloge smo predstavili pojem organizacijske klime ter njene dejavnike. Diplomska naloga je razdeljena na poglavja za lažjo preglednost in razumevanje. Ključne točke organizacijske klime smo preverjali na podlagi štirinajstih dimenzij organizacijske klime. Vsako izmed dimenzij smo podrobno opredelili ter analizirali na podlagi pridobljenih odgovorov. Empirični del diplomskega dela je zasnovan na anketi, ki smo jo izvedli med zaposlenimi v storitvenem podjetju Codognotto d. o. o.. V raziskovalnem delu smo interpretirali rezultate skozi tabele in grafe ter predlagali možnosti za izboljšavo obstoječega stanja.

Title:Analysis of the organisational climate in the company Codognotto d. o. o.
Abstract:In this thesis, we address the problem of organizational climate in the companies and factors that have most impact on it. The thesis is divided into chapters for better transparency and faster understanding. Key points of organizational climate were researched on the basis of fourteen dimensions on which we divide organizational climate. We presented each one of the dimensions and made an analysis of the obtained answers. The first part of the diploma thesis is based on a survey we conducted among the employees of the service company Codognotto d. o. o. In the second part, we interpreted the results through tables and graphs and suggested the possibilities for improving the existing situation.
