Abstract:Sestava vsake organizacije so med drugim tudi ljudje, ki so zaradi delovne obveznosti prisiljeni do vsakodnevnega sodelovanja in soočanja. Glede na to, da v delovnem okolju preživimo ogromno svojega časa, je neizogibno, da ne bi prišlo do konfliktov. Le-ti s seboj ne prinašajo vedno le slabih lastnosti, temveč pogosto tudi dobre. Osrednji problem diplomskega dela so konflikti, vrste konfliktov, konfliktne situacije in njihovo reševanje. Da bi razumeli pojem konflikt, je pred tem vsaj približno potrebno poznavati tudi nanj vezan pojem komunikacija, zato je opisana tudi ta. Z namenom, da bi izvedeli, v kolikšni meri in na kakšen način se določeno podjetje spopada s konflikti, smo izvedli intervjuje ter jih na koncu tudi utemeljili in opredelili.

Title:Communication gap as a result of misunderstandings and lack of understanding in a chosen company.
Abstract:Each organization includes people who are forced to cooperate and face eachother on a daily basis due to work obligations. Given that we spend a tremendous amount of our time in the work environment, conflicts are likely to occur. However a conflict is not only for bad but also for some good. The problem addressed in the thesis concerns conflicts, types of conflicts, conflict situations and their solutions. In order to understand the concept of conflict, we should first understand the meaning and concept of communication. Both concepts are addressed and studied in detail. In order to learn in what way a particular company deals with conflicts, we conducted an interview which we also studied and discussed.
