Abstract:Toplotne črpalke se vse pogosteje pojavljajo ob domovih, saj so zaradi uporabe obnovljivih virov varčnejše in oddajajo tudi manj emisij CO2. V ospredje smo postavili toplotne črpalke tipa zrak / voda, ker oddajajo hrup v okolje.

Title:Energy, economic and environmental effects of heat pumps, with an emphasis on noise
Abstract:Heat pumps are increasingly appearing next to homes, as they represent a more economical heating technology, because they use renewable sources for energy and, as a result, emit less CO2 emissions. In addition, the Eco Fund annually tenders several subsidies that finance the installation of a heat pump from 25% to 100%, which is very attractive for the end user. Heat pumps on the Slovenian market must be made in accordance with Slovenian laws. We reviewed Slovenian legislation as well as European directives. For comparison, we looked at how Austria and Switzerland regulate the noise of heat pumps. After a set of heat pumps of all three types, we made an economic, energy and environmental analysis for each heat pump. We put air/water type heat pumps in the foreground because they emit noise into the environment. We also made an overview of possible solutions offered on the Slovenian market. In order to assess the most appropriate and check awareness, we conducted a survey among the general population, interviews with providers, the RS inspectorate and Eko sklad, as we were interested in the treatment of noise. Based on the results, with the help of the DEXi decision-making program, we determined the suitability of all the heat pumps that we discussed in the work.
