Title:Primerjava ročnega in avtomatskega sistema spremljanja membran za reverzno osmozo

Abstract:Ta diplomska naloga raziskuje prehod iz ročnega na avtomatsko spremljanja membran reverzne osmoze. V nalogi je opisan koncept reverzne osmoze in podobnih filtracijskih tehnologij, kot tudi pomembnost spremljanja stanja membran med postopkom filtracije. Prav tako je predstavljena vloga senzorjev pri avtomatskem spremljanju delovanja membran. V nalogi so opisane različne metode za spremljanje stanja membran, s poudarkom na senzorjih. Razloženo je, kako senzorji delujejo in kako zbirajo relevantne podatke o delovanju membran. Prav tako je opisan način, kako omogočajo avtomatsko spremljanje. Predstavljena je tudi primerjava med ročnim in avtomatskim spremljanjem membran reverzne osmoze. Razložene so prednosti avtomatskega spremljanja, kot so hitrejše odkrivanje težav, zmanjšanje človeških napak in izboljšanje celotne učinkovitosti postopka filtracije. Na koncu naloge je izvedena analiza, ki preučuje uporabo membran reverzne osmoze s senzorji in brez njih.

Title:Comparison of manual and automatic monitoring system for reverse-osmosis membranes
Abstract:This thesis explores the transition from manual monitoring of reverse osmosis membrane to automatic monitoring. The work describes the concept of reverse osmosis and similar filtration technologies, as well as the importance of monitoring membrane conditions during the filtration process. The role of sensors in automatic membrane monitoring is also presented. Various methods for monitoring membrane conditions are described in the thesis, with an emphasis on sensors. It explains how sensors function and gather relevant operational data from the membranes. The way sensors enable automatic monitoring is also described. A comparison between manual and automatic monitoring of reverse osmosis membranes is also presented. The advantages of automatic monitoring are discussed, such as faster issue detection, reduction in human errors, and overall improvement in filtration process efficiency. Finally, the thesis concludes with the analysis of the differences betwen the reverse osmosis membrane with and without sensors.
