Title:Merjenje organizacijske klime v izbrani organizaciji in predlogi izboljšav : diplomsko delo

Abstract:V današnjem času se vsaka organizacija bori za svoj obstoj, saj je prisotno čim dalje več konkurenc na določeni panogi. Temu se je nemogoče izogniti v današnjem svetu. Vsaka organizacija se na svoj način trudi in bori za svoj obstoj. Ključ do obstoja in uspešnosti vsake organizacije so zaposleni, ki s svojim vsakodnevnim prispevkom oblikujejo organizacijsko celoto. Vodstvo nosi odgovornost za dobrobit zaposlenih in njihovo strokovno rast. Za zagotavljanje uspešnega delovanja in konkurenčnosti na trgu je ključno ustvariti pozitivno organizacijsko klimo, ki močno vpliva na zaposlene. Poudarek na zadovoljstvu in motivaciji zaposlenih je ključen, saj oni prispevajo k produktivnosti in dobičku organizacije. Zaposleni morajo čutiti pripadnost organizaciji, željo po izzivih v delu ter imeti možnost razvoja in napredovanja. S tem organizacija ohranja najboljše talente in ohranja svojo produktivnost. Iz tega vidika je bila opravljena raziskava klime v izbranem podjetju s pomočjo anonimnih anketnih vprašalnikih, s katerimi je bil naš namen pridobiti informacijo o tem, kakšna je trenutna organizacijska klima in kako zadovoljni so zaposleni v organizaciji ter samo mnenje zaposlenih o organizaciji. Pri anketnem vprašalniku smo poudarili potrebne dejavnike, s katerimi smo razbrali pozitiven ali negativen vpliv na samo organizacijsko klimo. Na osnovi pridobljenih končnih rezultatov raziskave nudimo smernice za oblikovanje strategij in ukrepov, ki bodo prispevale razvijanju pozitivne in produktivne organizacijske klime.

Title:Measuring organisational climate within a chosen organisation and suggestions for improvement
Abstract:Nowadays, every organization is fighting for its existence, as it is present as competitive as possible in a certain industry. This is impossible to avoid in today's world. Each organization strives and fights for its existence in its own way. The key to the existence and success of any organization is the employees, who shape the organizational whole with their daily contribution. Management is responsible for the well-being of employees and their professional growth. To ensure successful operation and competitiveness on the market, it is crucial to create a positive organizational climate that has a strong impact on employees. Emphasis on employee satisfaction and motivation is complete, as they contribute to the productivity and profit of the organization. Employees must feel that they belong to an organization that wants challenges in their work and have the opportunity to develop and advance. By doing so, the organization retains the best talent and maintains its productivity. From this point of view, a survey of the climate in the selected company was prepared with the help of anonymous survey questionnaires, with which our purpose would be to obtain information about the current organizational climate and how satisfied both the employees of the organization and the employees' opinion about the organization are. In the survey questionnaire, we emphasized the necessary factors, which were used to determine the positive or negative impact on the organizational climate itself. Based on the obtained final results of the research, we offer guidelines for creating a strategy and measures that will contribute to the development of a positive and productive organizational climate.
