Title:Načrtovanje, izdelava prototipa in planiranje proizvodnje slušalk visokokakovostnega razreda : magistrsko delo

Abstract:Trg slušalk visokokakovostnega razreda se hitro spreminja z napredki tehnologije zvočnikov in višanju kakovosti uporabljenih materialov v konstrukciji slušalk. Ti napredki zahtevajo velike vložke v raziskave in razvoj, kar posledično pomeni višje cene izdelkov za končne uporabnike. Z željo nakupa slušalk visokokakovostnega razreda pod 2000 € smo po pregledu trga ugotovili, da ni slušalk, ki bi izpolnjevale vse željene zahteve, sploh glede kvalitete zvoka in materiala, iz katerega sta narejeni skodelici, aluminija. Sprejeli smo odločitev načrtovanja, izdelave prvega prototipa in planiranja proizvodnje v obliki iskanja dobaviteljev. Po opravljeni izbiri priključka na slušalkah in izbiri tehnologije zvočnika smo skozi proces načrtovanja in testiranja sproti sledili stroškom izdelave ter z vsakim od izbranih dobaviteljev prišli do dogovora o proizvodni ceni za določen kos. Iz kosov, izdelanih pri dobaviteljih, smo sestavili končni prototip in tako potrdili zasnovo posameznih podsestavov, ki so skupaj tvorili celoto, slušalke visokokakovostnega razreda. Z demonstracijo slušalk in raziskavo mnenj uporabnikov smo na podlagi končnega prototipa dobili koristne povratne informacije, ki bodo služile nadaljnjemu izpopolnjevanju slušalk, primernih za proizvodnjo in tako prodajo.

Title:Designing, prototyping and production planning of high-end headphones
Abstract:The market of high-end headphones is fast changing with advances in speaker technology and higher quality materials being used in the construction of headphones. These advancements require large investments in research and development, which consequently means higher prices for the end user. With the wish to buy high-end headphones and checking the market we recognized there are no headphones under 2000 €, that would fulfil our requirements, especially regarding sound quality and type of material from which cups are made, aluminium. We decided to develop, produce a first prototype and plan production in the form of searching for suppliers. After choosing the connector on the headphone and speaker technology, we continued with the development process and testing, all the while tracking production costs, and coming to an agreement with each supplier regarding the production costs for each part. From the parts made at the supplier end we assembled a final prototype and, in this way, confirmed the design of individual subassemblies that when combined create a whole, high-end headphones. Demonstrating the headphones and researching user experience based on the final prototype we gathered useful information that will serve for further refinement of the headphones, suitable for production and therefore sale.
